This Privacy Statement applies to clients and visitors from the United States, Canada, and Australia. IWS complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), the US California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

IntelliBridge Web Solutions ("IWS", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website at iwsph.com and engage with our remote staffing services. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit iwsph.com we may automatically collect: IP address and approximate location, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, referring source, and device/OS type. This data is used in aggregate and not tied to individual records unless required for security purposes.

3How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: To provide, manage, and improve remote VA staffing services
  • Communication: To respond to inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and send service updates
  • Billing: To process fees, issue invoices, and maintain financial records
  • Account Management: To manage client relationships through your dedicated account manager
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws across PH, US, CA, and AU
  • Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our offerings
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

IWS Staff & Assigned VAs: Information necessary for service delivery is shared with vetted IWS employees and the VA assigned to your account. All staff sign NDAs.

Service Providers: Trusted third-party tools used in delivery (email hosting, cloud storage, scheduling software). These providers access only data necessary for their function and are bound by confidentiality.

Legal Obligations: Where required by law, court order, or regulation in the Philippines, US, Canada, or Australia.

Business Transfers: In a merger or acquisition, clients will be notified before their data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use essential cookies (required for functionality) and analytics cookies (aggregated, anonymized usage data). We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals as no universal standard exists.

6Data Retention

  • Inquiry records: 12 months from last communication if no engagement follows
  • Client records: Duration of engagement + 5 years for legal and contractual obligations
  • Financial records: Minimum 7 years (Philippine accounting regulations)
  • Analytics data: Up to 24 months in anonymized/aggregated form

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

7Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards including: SSL/TLS encryption, access controls on a need-to-know basis, NDAs with all staff and contractors, and regular internal data reviews.

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a breach posing risk to your rights, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine, US, Canadian, and Australian breach notification requirements.

United States (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal data is collected, request deletion, opt out of sale (we don't sell data), and non-discrimination for exercising rights.

Canada (PIPEDA)

Canadian residents have rights to access, correction, and withdrawal of consent for non-essential data processing. Complaints may be directed to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Australian residents have rights under the APPs to access and correct personal information, and to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

In addition, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), all individuals have rights to: be informed, access, correction, erasure/blocking, objection, data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

To exercise any rights, contact us at privacy@iwsph.com. We respond within 30 calendar days and may require identity verification.

9Cross-Border Data Transfers

IWS is based in the Philippines and processes data across our service regions (US, Canada, Australia). Personal data may be transferred to and stored in the Philippines. We take reasonable steps to ensure recipient parties maintain appropriate safeguards.

By engaging IWS services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your data to the Philippines for processing. We handle your data to the standards described in this statement regardless of where it is processed.

10Children's Privacy

IWS services are intended for businesses and adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact privacy@iwsph.com and we will delete such information promptly.

11Changes to This Statement

We may update this statement periodically. Active clients will be notified by email when material changes occur. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
